Follow these steps for a perfect impression. Most customers get it right on their first try.
Wash your hands and brush your teeth. Open the kit and familiarise yourself with the materials: 2 trays, putty sachets, and the prepaid return bag.
Knead the two putty colours together for 30 seconds until a uniform colour is achieved. Work quickly — you have about 60 seconds.
Press the mixed putty evenly into the impression tray, filling it to the rim.
Centre the tray on your teeth and bite down firmly. Hold steady for 3 minutes — use a timer.
After 3 minutes, gently rock the tray front-to-back to release. Don’t pull straight down.
If ordering upper and lower, repeat with the second tray.
Check that all teeth have clear, deep imprints. Place moulds in the return bag and post within 24 hours.
